Production Company is granted all rights and permissions necessaryto record, produce, and distribute the programming containing the Appearance,and to otherwise license others to use any or all of the Appearance.Participant understands that Production Company, and any person or entity itmay license the program to, shall have the right, but not the obligation, totelecast and/or otherwise exhibit the programming, or any advertising,promotion or publicity containing the Appearance in all media, now known orhereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity. Production Company or itslicensee may edit the programming, including Participant’s Appearance.

Participant confirms that, to the best of his/her knowledge, anystatements made by Participant during the shooting and production of theprogramming will be true and will not violate any third party’s rights.

Participant confirms that all information provided by theProduction Company is confidential and shall not released until given notice.
